• I have the less expensive titanium pair. I understand the difference is little bit less weight and about 2 hours more battery on the more expensive pair. I have never run out of battery power with my set.

• The more expensive ones are lighter, so if you plan on wearing them for long periods of time, I would spend the additional money.

• The more expensive are a little lighter and have dual noise cancelling. Bought the cheaper and they work great.
