• Yes. Its got a pillow for your back and head the pillow for the back is pretty solid I use it to sleep sometimes. It’s adjustable and comfortable

• Honestly, this has been one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. I personally love it and think it's comfortable. It adjusts very well to what I personally am looking for. I'm pretty skinny and 6'1' tall so I'm sure different body types react differently. But this one is a winner in my book. I don't regret the purchase. Hope this was of some help
