“Wide hips, how wide is the flat surface of the seat cushion?”

• I have wide hips too I just put an extra pillow on the bottom for extra cushion because the sides have some metal in them but the cushion covers it

• The outside to outside measurement of the cushion (raised portions of the cushion) is 21 inches at the widest point. The inner (flat) portion of the cushion is 15 inches wide and 20 inches deep.

• This would not be a good chair for someone with wide hips. I am not massively large and my hips take up the entire seat cushion which is 15 inches across.
