“How do you get this chair to rock? I've owned it for a while now and it's obvious how to raise/lower the seat and recline but the rocking function doesn't seem to work...... It shows to pull the handle outward but it still does nothing.”

Hello Rachel, There is a round knob under the seat. You should rotate it to adjust rocking tension. If the chair is not rocking when you pull the handle outward, you may want to loosen the rocking tension. Hope this helps!
