Does this chair recline or tilt back? null

The entire seat tilts back. The back does not adjust separately. The head piece rises up.

I am happy to report that the tilt lock mechanism rocks/tilts the chair and locks in an upright position, The tilt tension adjustment knob also adjusts the chair's backward tilt resistance. Have a great day! Customer Care (TJ)
