• Never it's a closed system that only cools the cpu. The only concern is if the pump fails.

• Since it's a closed loop type of system, you don't have to do anything. All you have to do is use some canned air to remove any dust from the fan or radiator. If it was a custom water cooling kit then you would have to change the liquid.
