No, unfortunately you cannot get true full‑screen (no black bars) 1440p/120Hz on Xbox with the AW3425DW. The monitor supports HDMI 2.1 and 120Hz input, so: Xbox can output 1440p at 120Hz. Xbox does NOT support ultrawide 21:9 output at all It always sends a 16:9 image (like a TV signal). You’ll get black bars on the left and right (pillarboxing). You can force: “Fill” / “Wide” / “Aspect stretch” mode in OSD but Image becomes horizontally stretched (objects look wider/fatter).
