No, they are VA panels (in the 1080p variants of which there are 2 available) and there is evidently a 4k option that is OLED. IPS monitors generally have lower refresh rates, so I wouldn't suspect any 300hz monitor of being IPS. Though the screen on board my M15 R4 is impressive for viewing angles and brightness and I'll say that the color reproduction is good, but not the best I've seen.
