Yes. It comes with 3 disks - a 4K, an Blu-Ray and a separate 3D disk.

Yes but only adds a bluray disc. You still get 4k. It says on the cover.

Yes this includes 3 discs. As far as I can tell every UHD version comes with a standard Blu-ray with the extras, and the studio decided to release the 3D version as well. Honestly it's a good deal, and if you don't want the other 2 copies sell them on eBay and get some of your money back.
