The basic universal mousepad is flexible and isn't rigid and is best for use on desks or hard surfaces. For a couch where you'd want a more rigid mousepad I'd suggest the Allsop Leatherette, Premium Plush, Executive Pillowcore, or Premium Plush Mousepads.
