It is next to the power button. If the device was paired with something else it will need to be cleared from that device before you can pair with the new speaker.

This will automatically put your speaker into "pairing mode" indicated by flashing blue and red LED lights on the link button. If this does not happen, you can press the link button and it'll put the speaker into pairing mode!
