“For the altec Lansing abt385, I never received a remote with my purchase. Is there a universal remote that can connect to these speakers? It’s quite annoying that it doesn’t have a remote. Thanks”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Customer service is worthless if you lost or damaged your remote. They will tell you in their best India accent that they cannot help you that they are just for technical support unless you tell them you never received the remote/ Otherwise they tell you to call around or check on eBay. They won't even sell you one or tell you who has them.
