“I have had my speakers for a little over a year they turn on the lights change colors all button works but no audio.. I’ve unplugged plugged back in still nothing.”

so. here's the deal with these speakers very finicky!! I purchased at Office Depot - Ativa #275-180 3-device HDMI switch--1 output-3 inputs. Connect from HDMI-ARC usb from the T.V. to the output on the switch--then HDMI from Altec to input on switch. I have a set of the Atec's and a vizio soundbar. The age of your HDMI cords are very IMPORTANT
