A:AnswerThere is no remote with the WIFI frame. It has a touch screen and photos can be sent via our phone app. I do not recommend mounting the 15 inch WIFI frame.
A:AnswerWe recommend 32GB or smaller due to the format they come in. Those cards are formatted in FAT32. Memory cards that are 64GB or larger generally run on an exFAT format. Many of our customers have been able to reformat a 64GB card to FAT32 (using their computer) and that often works, but it depends on the type of SD or USB card.
A:AnswerI think you are using the wrong phone app. We have 4 different apps. Be sure to use the Smart Frame app with this frame. This frame requires no scanning of a QR code. Write us at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
A:AnswerYou can certainly put thousands of photos on the device. We do recommend that videos be converted to .avi format and that they not be too long. The unit is designed primarily as a photo slideshow device. But the unit will hold a lot of photos. For more tips on photo sizes and formats contact [email protected].
