- Answer Yes 5x zoom but you have to press a button on the actual device. Does not have software to go with it.

- Answer The company offers an array of consumer goods and is based in Orange County, California. I don't know where this particular items is acutally manufactured. I have been satisfied with the performance of the product since I purchased it.

QuestionIt uses a USB 2.0 port. Is that standard? Will I have to purchase an adapter when using with a monitor or laptop?

- Answer If you have a normal USB port on a computer that’s from the past few years it will work. If you have a really new computer that no longer has a USB port, you will need an adapter. My MacBook Pro needed an adapter, my work computer did not (the adapter is pictured.)

- Answer It will work with almost any tripod. It has both a clip and the normal threaded hole for a screw on camera mount.

QuestionMy laptop is ASUS ROG G15 running on Windows 10. This webcam does great video, but it will not save photos- when I take a photo, it does not appear in the little box (lower right hand corner), and then it gives error message. Any ideas how to fix this?
