This transmitter connects up to any device (home stereo receiver , TV , MP3 player computer) with RCA out. It has a RCA cable in the box. Or Connect to any audio device with a AUX OUT (3.5 mm du port ). Then you can pair it up with blue tooth speakers , blue tooth headphones blue tooth ear buds.
