• Yes, you can use ABT05F to connect to the headset output of the treadmill to stream audio to your BT headphones.

• Probably? I'm not familiar with treadmills at the gym but if the treadmill has an 1/8" audio out that you can normally plug headphones into, then yes, this should work to plug into the treadmill to transmit your your wireless headphones.
