If you have a headphone, (aux) jack then, yes.

This is a transmitter only. So if you are transmitting audio from the Bose Wave to headphones then yes, this device will work. If you are trying to send audio to the Bose Wave from a phone or tablet then you will need a Bluetooth Receiver. The phone will send audio to the BT receiver and then the receiver will be directly connected to the INPUT on the back of the Bose.
