No. If you are sending audio from a phone via Bluetooth to a soundbar then you need a Bluetooth audio receiver (not transmitter) that will receive the phone's BT signal, and then you hardwire the receiver (audio out) to the soundbar (audio in). Our ABC01F will do a better job of this since the unit can operate in both TX and RX modes for transmitting and receiving.
