This depends on the hearing aid. Our Bluetooth devices adhere to A2DP Profile for Bluetooth. This is the most popular of BT profiles. But many hearing aid companies use a proprietary BT profile that works better with their wireless devices. So check with the hearing aid company. If they do adhere to A2DP then just make sure your mobile phone BT is turned OFF when pairing to a 3rd party BT device.
