I would think so. I bought it to use my Bluetooth headset with a Nintendo Switch and it works great. You can pair your ear piece with it and as long as your phone has a 3.5mm output headphone jack you should be fine.

If the land line has a plug in for a headset/headphones it should work. I use it plugged into a couple of TV's using the audio jack out synced to a pair of bluetooth headphones and it works fine. Hope that helps.
