For what is worth, I am running one unit to send BT from my TV to two sets of BT earbuds. It is crystal clear throughout the room, even when running both at the same time. I seem to recall that two is the limit per device, but you may want to check on that. Also, there is latency, so you will need to adjust your TV's delay feature to line up the sound with the voice/actor.
