You can probably do this by using a splitter out of the TV to send one audio signal to the Bluetooth transmitter and sending the other two your speakers (assuming you have external speakers for the TV). The TV will likely try to only send one audio signal, so splitting it with a cable is probably the only way to get the signal to more than one output. Note: using this method may cause speakers to 'sound' slightly earlier than Bluetooth (you may experience audio latency between speakers and Bluetooth) And if you're only working with integrated TV speakers, what you're looking for may not be possible.

Some TVs allow the sound to be routed out the AUX OUT for the Bluetooth Transmitter and also routed out the speakers for others to hear. Some TV do not have that feature. If you route the sound out the AUX OUT then the speakers will not play. But that comes down to the TV manufacturer. Also, check the back of your TV first. Many new TVs do not include AUX Output anymore. They use Optical Out. If your TV has this feature then you need to get the ABC02F or the ABCD54F. Those come with optical ports and cable.
