“I put the transmitter on my LG tv and it paired with the Sony wireless headphone, it paired but no sound through headphones. I've tried every setting in "Sound setting" on the tv but nothing is working.”

This happens to me after charging my headphones. The volume goes to zero on my headphones.

Please try again later.Several things you have to make sure of are: 1) that the transmitter is in TX mode, 2) that it is connected to an AUX Audio Output on the TV or an Optical Out, 3) that the tv settings are set to that output, and 4 that the transmitter is paired to the headphone or Bluetooth speakers. Some newer TV models only offer optical out so you need to check that. Email [email protected] for more specific info with your model number and we can help.
