First you need to make sure that you are set to transmit the signal and not receive. Once you have the correct setting then hold the power button for a few seconds to get it in pair mode. After all that and you still have no sound, play with the volume buttons on the transmitter. Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the Aluratek is paired with your JBL then the other thing to check in terms of setup is what OUTPUT connector are you hooked to on the TV. It has to be an AUDIO OUT. Additionally you will have to go into your TV settings and then to sound or audio and make sure your TV is sending the audio signal to that OUTPUT. The TV will naturally send the sound its own speakers.
