The aluratech uses a regular headphone jack to transfer the audio signal to your device. If your TV or cable box has a headphone jack OR a pair of cynch stereo output you can connect to that. However that's 1/2 of the equation. You now need something that pairs to the bluetooth signal. This means it must have an interface that allows you to select the BT signal to listen to and choose the aluratech device. For example, your car stereo would do that... But I doubt a bluetooth speaker would have that unless maybe it comes with a phone app. Maybe a smart connected stereo receiver would offer this option. Not sure. BT receivers tend to only emit (to headphones).

That is what you will connect the Aluratek device to depending on if you want to receive audio or send audio.
