• If you have a rca headphone jack this should work. My pc was not bluetooth and added this and now use with bluetooth headphones

• Yes. You need a transmitter directly connected to the headphone jack or any of your stereo's AUX stereo OUTPUTS. Then simply pair the transmitter to the headphones. Check out the ATB05F, ABC01F, or ABC02F (which has optical jacks just in case your stereo or TV can do optical). The 01F and 02F offer dual mode TX and RX. TX for transmitting and RX for receiving.
