The device recieving the signal(speaker/headset)needs to be powered on 1st before the Aluratek is . I have noticed that it will not sync unless its powered on in that order.

A:AnswerNo. These adapters typically do not transmit to multiple devices simultaneously. The max pairing is 2. Usually 1. If it did allow 2 concurrently paired devices, the sound is unlikely to be transmitted/received simultaneously and the sound would be terrible. Additionally, these adapters have very poor audio fidelity and limited range. You would do better with wires run under the foooring or in the walls/ceiling.
