“I want to use this on a vizio tv that has no Bluetooth have to pick up my Samsung sound bar. I will use the red and white connection cables. If I plug the charge cable into the tv usb will that keep it always charged? Thanks”

It depends on your specific TV. Some TV's will charge while the TV is off...some only charge while the TV is on. However, the transmitter should charge enough while the TV is on to keep the transmitter working.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as you have been connected with any USB , I think it will charge at all times but the battery built in would be ready for use even though you disconnected to the charging cable. The one I bought always been charged and no problems at all.
