“An observation not a question. No shelf in freezer despite grooves in sides to accept shelving. One is expected to toss items in, much like a toy box. Totally unsatisfactory.”

One of those glass shelves fit my freezer, perfectly (after I removed the useless tiny wire shelf in the freezer). I suggest measuring your freezer where a shelf would go and trying to find one online.
