Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Amana® appliance; we truly appreciate your inquiry. We want to ensure your installation process is safe and successful for your model AER6203MSS. Regarding the electrical requirements, we recommend using a 3-wire, UL-listed, 40 or 50 A power supply cord (pigtail), which can be verified using the Range Rating chart. If your local building codes do not permit grounding through the neutral, please use a 4-wire power supply cord rated at 250 V, 40 or 50 A that has been investigated for use with ranges.
