“Is it ok not to install the waterline since we don't plan to use the ice maker?”

The waterline is optional of course. When we purchased the refrigerator, we didn’t get waterline hooked up for a week since we had to set up a different installation appointment and there wer no issues by not having the line connected. After installation, it made a difference for us of course since ice and water was the reason we purchased it. Works good so far.
