were is the freezer to raise the tempature located? null

IT IS INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR PART ON THE TOP LEFT SIDE WALL THERE IS A SWITCH YOU SLIDE BACK AND FORTH FOR TEMP. MINE HOWEVER WON'T GO UP PAST THE MID TEMP. I JUST GOT IT A WEEK AGO AND THEY HAVE TO COME HOOK UP THE WATER/ICE SO HOPEFULLY IT'S AN EASY FIX!!
