“I don't quite understand what this customer mentioned: There is an area where the filters need to be cleaned not with vacuum but with a hard bristled brush. If not the fridge will fail to cool and everything goes bad. Thanks!”

The only filter is a cartridge type in the bottom whicn is removed and replaced. I suppose if there were a lot of dust around it you might use a bottle brush or similar to clan before replacing it.
