“I’ve had this oven for 2 weeks. I noticed that when I bake in the oven, the oven turns on off when it reaches the desired temp and then on. My meals never get baked properly even if at a higher temp. Is this normal or is it a defect? What can I do?”

Hello EvaK22. The baking element will cycle on and off to help hold the set Oven temperature. If you need further assistance, please contact Amana at 866-616-2664. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
