• Never got mine and called and got people that kept sending me to different departments and the fourth department some lady said she would call me back. What a joke. You should be able to see the code on your account . What a joke. I am paying the card off and dumping it. Eat it Best Buy

• Same ordered over 10 hours ago and they just feeding me lies after lies! I have verified my purchase and everything! Never again when you can go to Amazon or any other store in the world and get it sent instantly not hours n hours later or days even! Absolutely ridiculous in 2025 to wait on a verifed purchase for days!

• sometimes they get delayed depends on each buyer the higher priced card the longer they take happen to me on the 50$ card i talked to chat and they told me it will work itself out within 2 days or less varys
