Hi there! yes, this TV does come with a remote but has the benefit of being hands free to use Alexa. I would suggest one of three things for the Alexa nearby: 1. mute the other device so it does not get confused and slow down the process 2. name the other device one of the options: Echo, Computer, Amazon or Ziggy 3.
