• Yes, it can. I buy kindle books all of the time. I'm not 100% sure about audible, as I don't buy that but it probably can be used for that.

• Hi Whit, A Best Buy Gift card can only be used at Best Buy or on their website. Unfortunately, Kindle and Audible are different companies.
