Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What the deal is, these "jailbroken" or "unlocked" Firesticks are Firesticks with Kodi installed. Kodi is an open source media program and then you install different things mounted onto Kodi. Basically it's streaming torrents. Tons of options but I would guess you open yourself up to getting in trouble watching pirated movies or TV. Your Internet Service Provider would probably be able to see what you are doing. Not sure. Google Kodi and you can learn more.

Please try again later.You have to subscribe to a streaming service--- Directv now, or playstation vue, or netflix, etc. You download the app according to the service you select -- the channels depend on what package you purchase. The firestick allows streaming via wifi-- if you have amazon prime, you can watch tv shows, movies, etc.
