• Not real sure about metro but I use my Verizon phone as a hotspot and watch my firestick

• All you need is Wi-Fi, only one thing plugs into this and it's the power supply just like the charger on your phone. It's runs off the Wi-Fi and also has a connection for Bluetooth

• No you cannot. You will have to have internet service through places like Comcast, at&t, Wow, etc
