It depends. The stick is made to use with Amazon prime, Hulu, Netflix and other streaming companies. So with Hulu if you're not paying for commercial free yes it includes commercials. With Netflix, no commercials. If you jailbreak your stick you can get lots of stuff for free and commercial free. Google it!
