• Rad , There is a shortage because of the fact that they are very popular. I found that if you pre order online through Best Buy you are guaranteed one and do in store pick up... and you normally will have it the the day after they get there shipment in and they will email you.

• Because it's the best thing out there right now and everyone is buying them up. Even amazon is out of stock. I called Comcast to cancel my cable and just give wifi to save a lot of money as soon as I got this devise and noticed everything it does. I will never buy cable tv again now that I have one. Although you can move them around the house, I have one in every room.
