Has it ever destroyed a TV null

I honestly don't see how that could happen. However, I guess most anything is possible...one thing I do know is that with all the storms and don't know where you live but the lightening can sure play havoc with a lot of household appliances as we have been through that ourselves. Beyond that I really don't know.

It might wear it out faster since you'll want to look for new stuff all the time. But destroy?! That's a bit over the top don't you think??

No it has not. I keep it plug in to tv at all times. It's def. Worth the purchase
