Can I use this on my computer or is this only for TV's? null

Yes, my son watches movies on his HP computer all the time.

I think only for TV's, although if you computer has an HDMI port you can give it a try. Not sure though, you could probably visit Amazon and check there FAQ or do a Google Search to see if others may have done it.
