AS TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION NO IT IS NOT AN UNLOCK DEVICE WHEN YOU PURCHASE IT HOW EVER THERE ARE A LOT OF YOUTUBE TUTORIALS THAT WILL GLADLY HELP YOU UNLOCK YOU DEVICE OR AS THEY CALL IT SIDE LOADING KODI I HAVE ENJOIED THIS SP FAR HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL
