Make sure it is updated. The only time I've seen a problem is when they aren't updated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure what your problem is, but use the AC transformer for power, not USB. Most TV's do not provide high enough power to their USB ports.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would return the sticks and get new ones. I have found the newer models with Alexa have lots of bugs. I put this in my personal review. So I have been recommending family and friends to get the older model of possible. Hope this helps.
