“My remote doesn't work and I've tried all the steps I can find and called Amazon . The App Store has a great app that works But when we changed our wifi password I get get back to get the fire stick to load Any suggestions! TIA”

Hold the home button on the fire stick controller for 15-20 seconds Or go to settings, and controllers to link controller

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn on the fire tv. Press and HOLD the home button on the remote for AT LEAST 30 seconds! The remote control should then pair with your device. Hope this helps. Also make sure you have fresh batteries installed in the remote.
