• Kindle can protect your eyes but Ipad might be harmful to your eyes if you look at it for a long time. Kindle looks like real paper.

• I think it's easier to read and both devices allow you to increase the font. Paperwhite advantage is in the sunlight. No glare!

• You can adjust the type to the size that is easier to read. Much easier to read in all lighting.
