Can it support 2 monitors null

The only way that this would support 2 monitors is either have both the HDMI cable AND Display Port Cable plugged into a motherboard that has both ports on it, or place said cables into the respective spots on a dedicated GPU; this is far as I know, and I could be off on parts of this for all I know.
