I personally would not consider upgrading from R5 3600 to R5 5600X unless you play a lot of CPU intensive games (simulation, RTS, etc), do a lot of things that are CPU intensive, or are ultra competitive in online gaming. The ~20% IPC uplift of 5000 series is real, but it is not going to make a huge difference to most people or gamers compared to the prior gen.

well no need to upgrade a 2080ti to a 3070 because its almost the same performance

Well upgrading to a 3070 is a good choice but this one is a bit expensive for 3070 you can get a 3070 for a round 600 dollars
